We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something's not right, here's how we handle it.
In-Stock Items
14-day return window from delivery. Must be unopened, original packaging. Contact us with order number. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Pre-Order Items
Cancel within 14 days of placing order if not in production. After that, all pre-order sales are final. If we cancel production, full automatic refund. See Pre-Order FAQ.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refund Processing
Refunds processed to original payment method within 5-10 business days. Email confirmation when issued.
Non-Returnable Items
Not eligible: opened or displayed figures (unless defective), sale or bundle items, blind box items (mystery nature).
