Every Yugenlabs figure has a QR sticker on the box and a printed alphanumeric code on the certificate of authenticity.

Common Questions
Where do I find the QR code?
On the outside of the box, near the bottom corner. There's also a printed alphanumeric code on the paper certificate of authenticity inside the box.
What if I bought secondhand and the QR was already scanned?
That's fine. The QR code can be scanned multiple times. The verification page shows how many times it's been checked, so you can see if a code has been excessively scanned (which could indicate cloning).
What does the verification page show?
Product name, edition number (e.g. #42 of 500), unique serial, manufacture date, first-verified date, and total scan count. If you're logged in, you can also claim the piece to your account.
My QR code is damaged. Can I still verify?
Yes. Enter the alphanumeric code printed on your certificate of authenticity into the manual entry form at the top of this page.
I think I have a counterfeit. What should I do?
If the verification check returns an error or the details don't match your product, please use our counterfeit report form. We take this seriously and will investigate.
