Pre-Order FAQ

Pre-orders fund small-batch production. Here's how it all works.

How do pre-orders work?

You reserve a figure from an upcoming run. Charged in full at purchase. Manufactured, QR-authenticated, and shipped within the estimated window.

When will my pre-order ship?

Each listing has an estimated window (e.g. Q3 2026). We email updates as production progresses. You'll hear from us if there's a delay.

Am I charged immediately?

Yes. Full payment at checkout. This funds the production run.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Full refund within 14 days if not yet in production. After that, all pre-order sales are final. If we cancel production, you get a full automatic refund.

What if there's a production delay?

We'll email an updated timeline. If delay exceeds 90 days beyond original estimate, you can request a full refund.

Can I order pre-order and in-stock items together?

Yes, but the entire order ships together once the pre-order item is ready. Place separate orders if you want in-stock items sooner.

What's the difference between Pre-Order and Coming Soon?

Pre-Order = available to buy now, ships later. Coming Soon = announced but not purchasable yet. Sign up to be notified when the window opens.

Is my pre-order guaranteed?

Yes. Confirmed pre-orders are reserved. We never oversell beyond the edition size.
